Hi, I’m Kara. 

A bagel loving, former college athlete turned personal trainer, mom of three, who’s never met a chocolate chip cookie I haven’t liked. 

I’m a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Perinatal Fitness Specialist, and Certified GentleBirth Childbirth Educator, who often gets lost thinking deeply on the tiny details that make motherhood beautifully exhausting. Through this work I coach moms on how to craft the birth and motherhood they desire without compromising their autonomy. 

Prior to having my kids I was a Speech and Language Pathologist working in the schools and brain injury. This deep understanding of the importance of language, behaviors, support systems, and cognitive processes is a thread that runs through my coaching at all levels.
